My Philosophy

As a coach focused on women in the workplace, I understand the complexities of career growth. Early in your career, hard work and strong performance often feel like enough. Over time, advancement requires something more nuanced. It calls for clarity, positioning, confidence, and thoughtful decision-making.

Many women reach a point where they are capable of more, but unsure of the next move. The pressure to prove yourself may linger, even as your role expands. You may find yourself asking whether to push forward, pivot, speak up more, or protect your time differently. These decisions are rarely straightforward, and there are few spaces to think through them honestly.

Coaching creates that space.

I work with clients to define what success means at all career stages, and to pursue it intentionally. Together, we strengthen leadership presence, sharpen strategic thinking, and build the confidence to make decisions that align with both ambition and values. The goal is to move forward with clarity and purpose.

  • In my approach to executive coaching for women, I focus on empowering female leaders to excel in their professional roles. My clients often work on strategies for career change, re-entry after taking time away from the workforce, skill development, and overcoming mental barriers, like imposter syndrome. Executive coaching for women addresses common challenges, such as navigating leadership dynamics in male-dominated environments and managing the dual demands of a career and family responsibilities.

    We’ll work together to develop effective leadership styles, enhance decision-making skills, and strategize for career advancement, all while navigating what a balanced personal life means to you. For my executive women clients, our coaching aims to create a harmonious blend of professional success and personal fulfillment.

  • Similar in some ways to executive coaching, career coaching for women is tailored to help female professionals navigate their career paths effectively, addressing challenges unique to women in the workforce. My women clients focused on career often work on strategies for career advancement, skill development, and overcoming workplace barriers, such as gender bias.

    We also emphasize maintaining a healthy work-life balance, particularly for parents juggling family responsibilities. The goal of career coaching for women is to empower women to achieve their professional aspirations while ensuring personal life remains fulfilling and balanced.
